To use eSIM, you need a smartphone or other device that supports eSIM technology.
After purchasing your eSIM, you will receive a QR code.
Follow the steps below to set up your eSIM.
iOS
Go to the Settings section, select Cellular or Mobile Data.
Select Add Data Plan.
Use your mobile device to scan the QR code.
Confirm your choice of mobile operator by tapping Add Data Plan.
Android
Tap Network & internet from Settings.
Tap + next to Mobile network.
Tap Don’t have a SIM card?
Scan the QR code we provide.
Tap Activate to add the eSIM to your device.
Depending on the phone type and system version, the display name and installation steps will be slightly different.
Because eSIM is a new technology, some mobile phones cannot share hotspots using eSIM. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
